Ive just got my desktop up and running. Can I copy all these mod folders to my external hdd then on to my new arma2 folder on my desktop? Or will that not work?

Looks like they've swallowed the Desert USMC modification so we'll need to remove that from our add-on folders. They've also added Insurgents but I don't know yet if they're from the Desert Mercenaries & Black-Ops pack, presume if they are they'll have different class names.
The latest version of Isla Duala is now on Six-Updater. I also saw something to suggest that the Molation and Afrenian factions are now included in ACE but haven't confirmed this one way or the other.

Just to clarify, the Desert USMC units have been added to ACE with different classnames so it is safe to leave the old addon file(s) in-situ and necessary for the time being in the case of older missions that used these pre-ACE versions.
